Sheila has been a student of yoga and Indian music since the mid 1980’s and has led kirtans over the past three decades. She plays a variety of instruments including harmonium, tamboura, cymbals and drums. In the past year, having deepened her study of Hindustani classical music, she has created original compositions for Indian goddesses and the poet saint, Jnaneshwar. Sheila is the founder for Diggs Group, which provides executive coaching and leadership development services for international organizations. Sheila was born in Washington DC and lives in the area with her daughter.
